Tips for Pho at home!

Did you get takeout Pho, Bun Bo Hue or any of our noodle soups? Want to make your experience at home similar to dine in? Follow these tips for the best home experience!

Step 1: We recommend heating up your broth in a small pot until it is boiling hot. It has to be boiling hot for the best experience! You can also microwave the broth as well, just make sure to take off the lid.

Step 2: While waiting for your broth to heat up, place the noodles in the bowl first and then layer the meat on top of the noodles. If you ordered any soups with Tai (rare beef), it will come raw. Otherwise specify it to be Chin (well done). The hot broth will cook the Tai to perfection.

Step 3: Layer the green onions, white onions, and cilantro on top of everything. 

Step 4: Once the broth is boiling hot, carefully pour the hot broth into the bowl.  At this point you can add the other condiments such as lime beansprouts, basil, jalapenos, hoisin, and siracha to your liking!

Step 5: Mix everything up and enjoy your bowl of hot Pho!
